　　The Plaintiff's company found that Gao sold many goods with the same trademark as the Plaintiff's registered trademark "TEAMWANG" in his online shop without permission. The defendant's behavior not only infringed on the plaintiff's trademark rights and goodwill, but also infringed on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and more seriously disturbed the normal market order. The defendant Gao raised an objection to the jurisdiction, claiming that he had lived in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province for a long time.
