Professor Zhai Yehu won the bid for the major judicial research project of the Supreme court
On June 29, 2022, the Supreme People's Court issued the Announcement on the Winning Results of the Major Judicial Research Project in 2022. The joint research group composed of our part-time lawyer, Professor Zhai Yehu of Capital University of Economics and Trade, and Judge Sun Ying of Dezhou Intermediate People's Court in Shandong Province was determined to be the winning research group of the Supreme People's Court on the Study of Independent Performance Assessment of Juvenile Courts.
More than half of the research groups won the bid by the Supreme People's Court this year are joint research groups, aiming to fully gather the research backbone of courts in various regions and the theoretical research strength of law schools, so as to ensure that the research results have both theoretical innovation value and practical guidance value.
